Return Policy

Order Confirmation & Policy Acceptance
By placing an order on our website you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase you confirm that:
- You have reviewed and accepted our return conditions and timeframes.
- You will follow the return procedure described below.
- In the event of a chargeback or dispute, this policy and all related order and communication records may be used as evidence.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following requirements are met:

Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Only ordinary inspection and handling are permitted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
- Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show misuse, excessive wear, or damage not caused by us.

How to Return
To begin a return:
1. Email us at info@isabelles-boutique.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide:
   - Order number
   - Reason for return
   - Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
   - Your full name and shipping address
3. Wait for our return instructions before shipping the item.
Do not send items back without approval; unauthorized returns may be refused. We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping proof of postage until your return is complete.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@isabelles-boutique.com and include:
- Order number
- Short description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
After verification we may:
- Offer a replacement (subject to availability), or
- Provide return instructions where necessary
Replacements for verified defects are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

Lost or Unclaimed Shipments
If your package is lost in transit:
- Contact our support team with your order number and tracking information.
- We will help file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the loss is confirmed.
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, a $35 administrative and shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel an order prior to shipment by emailing info@isabelles-boutique.com with a clear cancellation request. Once an order has shipped it cannot be stopped; you may return it after delivery following the return procedure above. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
If an issue arises, please contact us first so we can resolve it. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we will supply the bank with supporting documentation such as order confirmation, tracking details, email correspondence, and photos. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could affect future ordering privileges.

Important Information
- All returns should be sent to our central returns facility; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not liable for carrier delays or customs clearance issues.
- Hygiene-sensitive items returned in unsanitary or used condition will not be accepted.
- Returns are not free; shipping and handling fees apply.
