Return Policy

At Peter & Claire Newcastle, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, there may be instances where you want to return a product. This document clearly outlines our return policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only initiate a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • You may try on the item, but wearing it is not allowed.

  • Returning items that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return by emailing info@peterclairenewcastle.com within 14 days after receiving the item.

  2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You are responsible for sending the item back at your own cost, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

  4. We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refund

After receiving the item at the return address and confirming the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
